Chuck

A coding assistant that says when it doesn't know, never guesses your machine, and shows you the quantum lab it runs on. No account, no tracking, and your conversations are never stored — though code that passes the sandbox is kept as teaching material, disclosed below.

Ask it anything about code

If the answer depends on your OS, shell, libc or toolchain and you haven't said which one, Chuck asks instead of guessing. Paste the block from the probe below and platform-specific answers get targeted to your actual machine.

Four virtual Majorana processors, one fabric

Chuck's geometry layer: 4 processors × 8 tetrons × 32 Majorana modes, wired in a ring on the same host that answers your questions. Run a Bell pair or a GHZ state across them and watch the counts come back.

…

Honest label: this is a simulator (stim backends, Clifford-only Ising anyons, no T gates, no physical QPU). The entanglement the fabric ships between processors is exact; the hardware is pretend. The braid compiler, Yang–Baxter kernels and braid tracer that drive it are real, tested software — built here. See the geometry drawn: open the braid tracer.

Run code in the sandbox

Paste a snippet — yours, or one Chuck just wrote — and run it in a disposable container on the same VPS. No network, 256 MB of memory, one CPU, 10 seconds, then it's gone. The output you see is what actually ran. That is the difference between this coder and a text generator.

the probe

Tell Chuck what your machine is

A model guessing "Linux" when you're on Windows is how correct code fails to run. The probe measures instead: kernel, architecture, libc, GPU, compilers — and nothing identifying. It asks first, every time.

  1. Download sysprobe.py and run python sysprobe.py --consent --prompt
  2. Read what it prints — nothing private is in it, ever
  3. Paste the block into the chat above, then ask your platform question
